LED Lamp Community Bulk Buy Program

By ordering high quality LED lamps in bulk, Ecoworld can offer a 15% price reduction to all participants in the program.

If you’d like to save money on your purchase of LED replacement lamps as well as reduce your lighting bills to a 14th of what they are now, this is the program for you. (Of course, you’ll also be reducing your carbon footprint and greenhouse gas emissions.)

For our first community project of this kind, we’ve decided to set our goal at a manageable 500 lamps, in two of the most requested types.

1. GU10 Fitting, 240V 24-SMD 3.6W Warm coloured lamp. (Replaces 50W incandescent downlights and spots)
2. B22 (Bayonet) Fitting, 240V 88-SMD 5W Warm coloured standard clear bulb. (Replaces a conventional 75W incandescent bulb).

These LED lamps will pay for themselves in energy savings within the first 9 to 12 months of installation and are designed to last for around 50,000 hours. You can see a detailed case study here.

You’ll feel a great sense of satisfaction every time you flick on a light switch, knowing that you’re getting exactly the same amount of light, but are now using insignificant amounts of energy.

Here’s how it works:

• Fill in the form below to show your interest. 
• We will contact you by phone or by email to discuss your lighting needs. 
• If required, we will visit your home to determine which lamps are best for you. 
• Once you’re ready to commit to the bulk buy program, we ask for a 20% deposit, which is held in trust to secure your place in the program. At that time, a sample lamp will be sent to you. 
• When we reach our goal of 500 lamps, all participants will be contacted for their individual balance of payment. 
• The lamps can then be collected in person from Maleny, by showing your sales receipt, or can be sent to you at Australia Post rates.
